Crafted by You Digital Guide Terms

These terms apply to Crafted by You digital guides purchased through our Shopify store. They sit alongside the terms and policies shown at Shopify checkout.

What You Receive

Each purchase provides the digital guide described on its product page, generally supplied as a downloadable PDF. Physical materials, tools and personal consultancy are not included unless stated.

Personal Use

Guides are licensed for your personal use. The original photographs, drawings and written instructions remain protected by intellectual property rights. Guides must not be resold, redistributed or commercially reproduced without our permission.

Safety and Site Conditions

Every landscape and site is different. You are responsible for checking site conditions, underground services, permissions, structural requirements, equipment suitability and safe working practices before you begin.

Some projects need experience, specialist tools, specialist knowledge or a professional assessment. Please read each guide fully before starting.

Results

Results depend on materials, site conditions, workmanship and maintenance. We cannot guarantee identical results in every setting.

Downloads and Your Rights

Digital content can normally be cancelled within 14 days. However, if you give your express consent for the download to begin during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel, the right to cancel ends once the download begins.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If a guide is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and in some cases a refund. Please contact us.
