Crafted Landscapes
The Crafted Garden at RHS Malvern, with its rustic log pergola, log-store seating and naturalistic planting

The Crafted Garden

RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Worcestershire

01 / 48

Project Information

Inspired by the unfurling frond of a tree fern, The Crafted Garden explores the relationship between nature, traditional materials and craftsmanship.

A winding woodland pathway leads through layered planting towards a central clearing, where water, timber and stone come together to create a peaceful retreat.

An RHS award-winning show garden, subsequently dismantled and reconstructed in a private garden.
